About NOVEL CONCEPTS COLLECTIVE (NCC)

Novel Concepts Collective is a team of indie booksellers who bring books around the country in support of authors and readers. NCC is powered by Park Books, an independent bookstore owned by Melody Wukitch in Severna Park, Maryland.

The team at Park Books saw many of their author friends lugging books in carry-ons around the country and knew that there was a better way to lend their support to traveling authors and readers attending events and conferences!

Novel Concepts Collective has the ability to ship, transport and sell books in most areas of the United States. Why use a big box store when you can use a trusted, indie bookstore with a heart for authors and readers. We love to collaborate and make every event special!

Helping with preorders campaigns, signing support and onsite sales, Melody and her team has supported authors such as Brigid Kemmerer, Jodi Picoult, Amalie Howard, Rebecca Ross, Kami Garcia, Ronald Malfi, Jodi Meadows, and Scarlett St. Clair.

Additionally, the team has supported more than 20 independently published authors ship and store books for conferences local to the DC/MD area. If there is an author or publishing team in need of support, NCC is has a solution.
